SHIPPING POLICY

We ship products anywhere within India using reputed courier companies with delivery tracking and confirmation. The shipping charges will vary depending upon the total weight of the items you purchase, the destination and the service. This cost will be conveyed to you at the time of placing the order online or by the customer service representative if placing the order by phone or email. Orders are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours after receiving confirmation of payment and the client shall recieve it within 7 working days.. If the item is out of stock, we shall notify you immediately with the option of waiting a little longer, obtaining a refund or substituting with another product of similar value.

We can also ship products internationally. It is generally advisable to order products worth at least Rs. 5000 (about USD100) to make your purchase worthwhile since shipping costs (to be paid by the customer) are quite significant.

Nina Dorada does not assume any responsibility for the products once picked up from our location. This may include loss, leakage or any other form of damage during transit. We recommend you purchase insurance to mitigate any risk.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Nina Dorada does not offer returns unless the contents do not match the order. In case of an erroneous order, please contact us immediately , and we shall ensure that the correct order gets dispatched at no extra charge to you within 7 working days. Please do not tamper seals or open the products that need to be replaced.

Nina Dorada  does offer exchanges if a product is damaged (only applicable for deliveries within India) without any cost to the customer. Nina Dorada  does a thorough job in packing products before delivery. However, the shipping process can be rough during which the products can get damaged. In case of damaged goods, please decline receipt at the time of delivery. Nina Dorada  will not exchange goods once they are received by the customer. Nina Dorada will also exchange spoiled goods if they have not been tampered with in any way. Customers are requested to keep their receipts carefully. All the refunds are done via electronic transfer and the consumer shall reflect in their bank account it within 5-7 working days.
